30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return or refund:
- The request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused in their original packaging whenever possible.
- Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or email confirmation) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned.
- Any product marked as Final Sale
- Custom or bulk orders
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or if the wrong item was sent:
- Email everett.diener@lakotanaturals.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and photos of the issue.
How to Request a Return or Refund
To start a return or refund:

- Include your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable
- Our team will respond within 1–2 business days
- Original product must be sent back for full refund
- Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
International Shipments
- International shipments do not qualify for free shipping
- Buyer is responsible for all import duties occurred
- Returns are accepted, buyer responsible for return shipping costs.
