Thank you for shopping with Lakota Naturals. We stand behind the quality of our natural pest-control and odor-eliminating products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or refund:

  • The request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused in their original packaging whenever possible.
  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or email confirmation) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned.

  • Any product marked as Final Sale
  • Custom or bulk orders

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or if the wrong item was sent:

  1. Email everett.diener@lakotanaturals.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and photos of the issue.

How to Request a Return or Refund

To start a return or refund:

  1. Email everett.diener@lakotanaturals.com
  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable
  3. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days
  4. Original product must be sent back for full refund
  5. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

 

International Shipments

  • International shipments do not qualify for free shipping
  • Buyer is responsible for all import duties occurred
  • Returns are accepted, buyer responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
